Bahlmann veal

Bahlmann veal is Germany's largest veal producer. The small town of Lindern is home to one of the most modern slaughterhouses in the country, and this is also where we find Bahlmann's feed factory. Succescase Oosterwolde

Oosterwolde

In March 2023, DGS successfully completed a project for a new production line in Oosterwolde. This project involved the installation of two robotic packing lines, palletising boxes per full layer. Due to the limited space available, it was a difficult task to know how to achieve an efficient process. However, through a high degree of automation, DGS managed to overcome the obstacles and complete the job. But that's not all: the output surpassed previous expectations significantly.

Vandersterre

In 2020, Vandersterre was commissioned to pack cheese in boxes in addition to crates. They were therefore looking for a suitable partner to convert the production line. DGS turned out to be a good match. Both boxes and crates can now be transported via the same belts and palletisers. This solution saves space and promotes process efficiency. A new packing line was also installed for packing the boxes, equipped with the latest vision camera technology. Thus, together, a great project was realised.

Compaxo Zevenaar

The cooperation between DGS and Compaxo goes back a long way and is still excellent today. Both companies have grown considerably in recent years, as have the projects. Where it all started with small projects and maintenance, DGS has been able to develop and install several large projects. Due to the rapid growth, Compaxo had the need for a new carcass cell and design of the large deboning room. There was also a need for a new packing line for boxes. The solutions of DGS were the answer.
